Working alongside the wider marketing team of 20+ people based in our London office, we currently have an opening for an experienced PPC Manager to manage our global paid programme, help us meet our high ambitions for incremental growth and take on the challenge of growing our campaigns programmes.

Things you’ll be working on

  • Responsible for all paid digital marketing duties in assisting the marketing team objectives in designing, implementing and managing multiple digital lead generation strategies, whilst achieving company sales targets within defined budgeted spend for all our brands
  • Plan, optimise, implement and manage the company's pay per click campaigns within defined objectives, profitably
  • Set up multi-channel social ads based on campaign objective i.e. reach, engagements, views, conversions etc
  • Implement our paid social media strategy across multiple brand portfolios
  • Maximise return on investment for allocated pay per click budget
  • Create reports on campaign success and reporting these to senior management;
  • Develop campaigns, copywriting, test landing pages and writing development plans as required for each brand objective

Experience Required

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Native Advertising, AdWords & Google Analytics is essential
  • Previous experience with managing search, display, programmatic and social pay per click campaigns for a variety of organisations
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to translate campaign briefs into results, a strong communicator at all levels
  • Organised with an ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrable experience in analysis of search, social and product data and metrics with robust reporting and presentation skills
  • Experience in dealing with digital/social campaigns

  • An individual who is able to work quickly, flexibly and iteratively, always on the lookout for ways to optimise their output against agreed metrics
  • An experienced PPC Manager with international marketing experience looking to take on the challenge of growing a programme from early days to significant scale
  • Someone who is open minded, collaborative and proactive as well as comfortable in developing ideas with marketing and across the business and open to new learnings
